Mr. Rao Zuhai (饶祖海), aged 51, Master's degree in Economics from Tsinghua University (清华大学).

He currently serves as the secretary of the party committee and the chairman of the board of our company. Mr. Rao joined TRT in February 2013 and has served as the deputy general manager of TRT since then; from December 2016 to June 2018, he served as an executive director of TRT Technologies. Mr. Rao previously served as the deputy manager of the asset management department of South Industry Assets Management Co., Ltd. (南方工业资产管理有限责任公司), and the general manager of Beijing North Crystal Technology Investment Consulting Co., Ltd. (北京北方晶技投资咨询有限公司) (currently known as Nanfang Tianchen (Beijing) Investment Management Co., Ltd. (南方天辰(北京)投资管理有限公司)).

Mr. Lu Yan (鲁喦), aged 47, Chief Physician, Postdoctoral Fellow of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences (中国中医科学院).

He currently serves as the general manager and the quality controller of our company. Mr. Lu joined TRT in March 2020, and has served as the deputy dean of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Research Institute (北京同仁堂研究院) since April 2023 and the chairman of the board of directors of TRT Basic Healthcare Management since June 2023. Mr. Lu previously served as a chief physician and postgraduate supervisor of encephalotomy department, deputy director of medical department and deputy director of hospital management department of China Academy of Chinese Medical Sciences Xiyuan Hospital (中国中医科学院西苑医院). He is also a Vice President of China Association of Health-Protection Food (中国药膳研究会), a Vice President of the drug evaluation branch of the China Association of Traditional Chinese Medicine (中国中药协会药物评价分会), a standing member of the fifth committee of the encephalopathy branch of the China Association of Chinese Medicine (中华中医药学会脑病分会), and a member of the fifth medical appraisal specialist pool of Chinese Medical Association (中华医学会).

Ms. Gui Shan (桂嬗), aged 49, Master's degree in Civil and Commercial Law from Renmin University of China.

She currently serves as the deputy general manager and the general counsel of our company. Ms. Gui joined our Group in August 2019 as an assistant to the general manager, and was appointed as our general counsel in January 2020 and our deputy general manager in June 2023, principally responsible for the legal, compliance, internal control and risk management of our Group. Ms. Gui has over 20 years of experience in legal and compliance management. She previously served as the director of litigation and arbitration department of China Food Co., Ltd. (中国食品有限公司) (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange (stock code: 0506)) and possesses extensive experience in compliance management for Hong Kong listings. Ms. Gui holds the Legal Profession Qualification Certificate (法律职业资格证书), Corporate Legal Counsel Qualification Certificate (企业法律顾问资格证书) and Fund Practitioner Qualification Certificate (基金从业资格证书).

Mr. Zhu Feng (朱峰), aged 48, a non-practicing certified public accountant (非执业注册会计师), a tax agent (税务师), a public valuer (资产评估师) and a senior accountant (高级会计师).

He joined TRT in February 2022 and currently serves as the director of the investment management department of TRT, and the financial controller of Beijing Tong Ren Tang TCM Formula Granules Investment Co., Ltd. (北京同仁堂中药配方颗粒投资有限公司). Mr. Zhu previously served as an audit manager of CETC Taili Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (中电科太力通信科技有限公司) (formerly known as Beijing Putian Taili Communication Technology Co., Ltd. (北京普天太力通信科技有限公司)), manager of finance department of SINOMACH Automobile Co., Ltd. (国机汽车股份有限公司) (a company listed on the Shanghai Stock Exchange (stock code: 600335) and an automobile trade service and technical service provider) and financial director of Tianjin Airport International Automobile Park Development Co., Ltd. (天津空港國際汽車園發展有限公司), and chief accountant of Beijing Zhongke Resources Co., Ltd. (北京中科资源有限公司) (a company engaged in trade).

Mr. Sun Kai (孙恺), aged 43, a mid-level engineer.

He currently serves as a director and general manager of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Digital Technology Co., Ltd. (北京同仁堂数字科技有限公司). Mr. Sun joined TRT Technologies in August 2005 and successively held various positions. Since October 2010, he has been working at TRT, successively holding various positions. Mr. Sun has approximately 20 years of experience in IT project management and business management in the TCM industry.

Ms. Xing Qian (邢茜), aged 39.

She currently serves as the deputy director of the marketing management department of TRT and the chairwoman of the board of directors of Beijing Tong Ren Tang Tongxin Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (北京同仁堂同心医药有限公司). Ms. Xing joined TRT Group in February 2012 and successively served as an employee of Tong Ren Tang Dashilan Pharmacy (同仁堂大栅栏药店), a business manager and the deputy director of the information technology management department of TRT. Ms. Xing has deep industry knowledge and insightful observations in the TCM market in China with over 10 years of experience in business management in TRT Group.

Mr. Yim, Chi Hung Henry (严志雄), aged 64, our independent non-executive Director, primarily responsible for providing independent opinion to our Board.

Mr. Yim has extensive experience in financial auditing. He previously served as audit partners of Ernst & Young and Ernst & Young Hua Ming LLP (or its predecessor, where appropriate) from July 2004 to December 2021.

Mr. Yim currently served as an independent non-executive director of Breton Technology Co., Ltd. (博雷顿科技股份公司) (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), an independent non-executive director of Yixin Group Limited (易鑫集团有限公司) (a company listed on the Hong Kong Stock Exchange), and an independent non-executive director of Neurodawn Pharmaceutical Co., Ltd. (南京宁丹新药技术股份有限公司). He previously served as an independent non-executive director of Guotai Junan Securities Co., Ltd. (国泰君安证券股份有限公司, currently known as Guotai Haitong Securities Co., Ltd. (国泰海通证券股份有限公司), a company listed on Shanghai Stock Exchange).

Mr. Yim received a bachelor's degree in social science from the University of Hong Kong (香港大学) in November 1984. He has been a member of the Hong Kong Institute of Certified Public Accountants since April 1988 and a fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants in the United Kingdom since June 1993.

Mr. Gao Yanbin (高彦彬), aged 66, our independent non-executive Director, primarily responsible for providing independent opinion to our Board.

Mr. Gao graduated from Beijing College of Traditional Chinese Medicine (北京中医学院) (currently known as Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (北京中医药大学)) with a doctoral degree majoring in internal medicine of traditional Chinese medicine in July 2000.

Mr. Gao successively served as a chief physician and the director of nephrology and endocrinology department of Dongzhimen Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (北京中医药大学东直门医院), a chief physician, the director of endocrinology department and the director of nephrology diabetes center of Dongfang Hospital Affiliated to Beijing University of Chinese Medicine (北京中医药大学东方医院), and a chief physician, professor, doctoral supervisor, the dean of School of TCM and the dean of TCM Research Institute of Capital Medical University (首都医科大学).

Mr. Gao was awarded as "Capital Famous Traditional Chinese Medicine Doctor (首都名中医)" by Beijing Administration of Traditional Chinese Medicine (北京市中医药管理局) in April 2021. He was the deputy chairman of the board of directors of the Beijing Society of Traditional Chinese Medicine (北京中医药学会) from June 2019 to June 2023.

Mr. Gao has over 30 years of experience in TCM clinical work and academic research. As an independent non-executive director, he is able to provide independent opinions to the Board of Directors, which is conducive to the long-term and stable development of our Group.

Mr. Zhang Xiang (张翔), aged 49, our independent non-executive Director, primarily responsible for providing independent opinion to our Board.

Mr. Zhang has over 20 years of experience in legal and academic research fields. Mr. Zhang worked at Renmin University of China Law School (中国人民大学法学院) from September 2004 to August 2020, where he successively served as a lecturer, associate professor, and professor. He has been a professor at Peking University Law School (北京大学法学院) since August 2020.

Mr. Zhang obtained a bachelor’s degree in law and a master’s degree in constitutional and administrative law from Renmin University of China Law School in June 1998 and June 2001, respectively. He obtained a doctoral degree in constitutional and administrative law from Peking University Law School in June 2004. He also obtained a Lawyer Qualification Certificate (律师资格证书) issued by the Ministry of Justice of the PRC (中华人民共和国司法部) in May 1999.
